An example why dems in congress are too blame...
for not allowing Obama to move forward with his agenda (I know here at DU Obama gets blamed for everything even though the facts say otherwise)

Obama’s Revenue Plans Hit Resistance in Congress http://www.nytimes.com/2009/04/20/us/politics/20tax.html

Even when we had both houses of congress in 2009 the dems were spineless and fought against Obama from putting through a progressive agenda yet it's Obama who gets the blame here and other so called liberal blogs.

1. So the Republicans in Congress get no blame whatsoever?
Weird.

2. How about we blame them both?

Sorry, but the notion that anyone on here who is mad at Obama and think he's done a fairly bad job (at least at being a progressive president and pushing a progressive agenda and advocating strongly for progressive policies) but think Dems in congress have done a great job and aren't to blame is ridiculous.

The fact is, almost everyone who is mad at Obama and thinks he's done a bad job as a leader and as a progressive, also pretty much blame most of the Dems in Congress too. We all know it's a concerted group effort at sucking

Nice try though.

There is more than enough blame to go around.

7. Feel free to think I"m wrong.....
But just because someone is blaming Obama doesn't mean they don't also blame the cowards in Congress as well. But the fact is that when he wants to bust some heads and play the strong hand, he has and he can. What's telling to many of us are the things that he chooses to do that with and the things that he doesn't.

But hey...like I said. Feel free to think I'm wrong. Let me know if you're able to get Tinkerbell's light to shine brightly again.

8. nice little shot at the end of your last post :-)
Nobody can say with a straight face that when they blame Obama they are also blaming the dems in congress...I read these posts and I don't see them taking their anger out of dems in congress in any substantial way, it's blame Obama 24/7 here and Obama only...you can't say something that is not supported by the facts. Let's agree to very much disagree here :-)

10. I agree. Everything is aways Obama's fault.

Even when the problems with the D Senators are pointed out---the comment is ignored.

Almost all Senators believe they are more qualified to be President than the occupant of the Oval office. Why cooperate with Obama?

14. I've heard it. I just don't appreciate its use on DU.
Again, though, nice condescension.

Screw "progressive." I still prefer the old standard, LIBERAL. It's not a dirty word.

9. Obama has done almost everything right
If something goes wrong, it's pretty much the fault of others. :sarcasm:
