Claimed $9,380 in exemptions. Claimed $59,200 itemized deductions. For a total of $68,580 of income exempt from taxes.

He received a refund of $8,669.



How many have that much income that is not taxed?





Average deductions for households with an adjusted gross income of $200k is $64k.
