If you haven't seen Obama's addresses in OH and NC this week, go to CSPAN and watch them. Excellent. Just excellent. TOUGH, CLEAR, PASSIONATE, called out Republican obstructionism, a national call for ending the BS games, calling your congress members, and JOBS JOBS JOBS.

Enough of the ridiculous Obama-bashing BS. Enough. He is the candidate. He has already passed more PROGRESSIVE legislation than we've seen since LBJ. I will agree that he has gotten too bogged down in laconic chess playing inside Washington at a time when we have needed that PASSIONATE vocal inspiring guy we had in the 08 campaign, but we are a full 14 months away from the next election and he is BACK. He is doing exactly what progressives say they want him to do: being clear, passionate, calling out the R's and putting pressure on them, fighting for middle class jobs, and going NATIONAL with it.
Dems, Labor, and Progressive groups need to get the hell together and SUPPORT the President. Time for reality. The alternative is a President Perry. Then how would you like those apples? Call your congress members, tell them to pass the Jobs Act especially if they are Republicans. Tell them to stop the game playing. Put them on defense. And encourage the White House to keep up this great messaging all over the country.

1. yes he talks pretty.....
and pretty talk gets us nothing. He will continue to cave. No doubt the cons will get everything they agree with in this proposal and nothing they disagree with will pass.

3. If he keeps this up for the rest of his term and during his next term should he get one,
he'll no doubt go down as one of the best presidents we've had. Not only can he pass good legislation, now he's finally getting back to being that great, inspiring leader that we all wanted him to be. If he keeps it up, he'll be remembered as one of the greats.

The White House NEEDS to keep this up for the sake of the country.
