Wow! Obama's speech RIGHT NOW!
Who is this guy? The guy we always knew / thought he was? Some new guy? What got into him?

THIS guy I can campaign and raise money for!

Welling up with tears of joy and gratitude -- and yes, some audacity!

7. How can we let him know...?
I like it when he asks for donations right before an event / speech, so we can send our affirmation or dissent. He didn't this time?

8. He's the same "guy" that he's always been. He's just been busy GOVERNING!
No president in history has had to deal with the divisiveness that this very capable president has, on top of a corrupt and non-functional media looking for a story and controversy instead of reporting the facts.

I've never doubted the man.

18. I guess they let him out of the bubble to campaign
Then afterwards he will be put back in the bubble - whether he wins or not and control will be re-asserted again.

26. You want him to speak, then complain that he's speaking.
You stay home on election day to "teach him a lesson", then complain about a teabagger Congress.

I can't figure you folks out, I really can't. It's mind-boggling.

28. No- I want him to act like a Democrat when he is NOT campaigning
I want people in DC to start doing what is right for the people instead of what is right for their campaign funds. If you can't understand that and would rather just assume that I'm going to stay home and not vote and then bitch about it... well, there certainly isn't anything that I can say that will change your mind.

I do not care what letter is next to someone's name, I will continue to be vocal when I see people making decisions that go against my values. I will continue to work for and support progress and liberal politicians. My values don't change, no matter who is in office. In fact I can't wait to start helping the Warren campaign and am very excited with her decision to run. I want to see Scotty tossed out on his pink leather clad butt :)

30. It's not the "speech"
There is nothing speechifying about it! It's not elegant; pretty; graceful.

It's his PLAN. It's the SUBSTANCE of what he's saying...as well as the powerful delivery.

This is something new...or perhaps old. Actually, he's been saying a lot of this all along.

Who's been listening?
