This is an opinion, re: Nader and his attempt to screw up the 2012 election with a primary challenge
Edited on Tue Sep-20-11 07:42 PM by Rosco T.
Screw Him.
Screw any one that runs for him.
Screw any one that goes along with his idiotic, disruptive, damaging idea.

It's a waste of time.
It's a waste of energy.
It's a waste of money.

All it does is give the GOPoo ammunition for the real campaign that 'the dems don't believe in their own candidate, they had 6 people in the primary against him'

We need unity, not division, unless you want a President Perry.

Nader has already been caught taking money from the 'Thugs, palling around with the "Quitta from Wasilla" ...

Screw him and all like him.

Put your time, energy and money into retaking the House and getting 60 SOLID VOTES in the Senate. Re-Elect Obama to have that power in House/Senate.

This is an opinion, you want a right to yours, I have a right to mine.

9. You know what struck me about that?
How impotent Nader seemed. Certainly he's talking about single-payer health care, working people being squeezed (and indeed exploited), etc., etc. But I haven't seen Nader pursuing any sort of strategy that ensures a groundswell of support for reforms. In fact I don't think he could rally the Harry Potter reading circle to attend The Deathly Hallows, Part II.

In any event, I don't think O'Donnell ought to bother bringing him back. Nader just sits there and rants, and it just sucks the air out of the studio.

6. Nader is not, and has not been for many years, a Democrat
Hence he really has no right to try to shape the leadership and discussions about the future of a party that he clearly hates.

19. Let the old goat howl at the moon. That's all a run would amount to..
Remember, running does not guarantee that he would be able to debate the president.

22. Nader took money from the GOP in 04 to get on the ballot
and used GOP workers to gather signatures. He's a bought and paid for tool.

She does not follow politics. But she leans DEM.

She had almost no idea who Nader was.

25. Nader's presidential campaigns
Two questions I've always had: 1 What did Nader want to
accomplish in his presidential campaigns ? 2 Was Nader
successful in meeting his goals ?
