I got this from him in my email today, oh the evil EPA:

EPA Regulations Will Eliminate Indiana Jobs, Increase Costs
http://www.indystar.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=2011109200338

According to the Indianapolis Star, Indianapolis Power & Light Co. (IPL) warned this week “that nearly one-fifth of the company's power-generating capacity may have to be shut down and customer rates increased if proposed clean air rules take effect.” These closures, in response to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations, would result in job losses and higher monthly bills for Indiana consumers. Earlier this year, American Electric Power (AEP) cited a series of EPA regulations as the cause for its decision to retire generating units at the Tanners Creek coal power plant in Lawrenceburg. AEP estimates that the cost of its plan to comply with new EPA rules and regulations could range from $6 billion to $8 billion in capital investment through the end of the decade.

The EPA’s narrow ideological agenda is negatively impacting Hoosier families and businesses. More harmful federal rules will not create jobs, bring down energy prices or encourage American energy production. Hoosier employers are asking Washington to loosen the grasp of government regulation. As the president travels across the country selling his own jobs plan, his administration continues to impose regulations that eliminate American jobs.

This is why all utilities should be nationalized and not privatized. These private utility corparations just want to get away with murder and the pukes are more than pleased to help.

1. Are there any jobs left in Indiana to be threatened with elimination?

5. Well. there's this...
http://www.fox59.com/news/wxin-carbon-motors-still-waiting-on-loan-to-begin-building-20110922,0,5894500.column

This plant could bring a lot of jobs to eastern Indiana, but the GOP may kill that as well.

And I thought this was EXACTLY how the GOP sees jobs being created -- through new business. I had to laugh though, because Connersville's mayor more or less said that if the loan doesn't go through and the plant doesn't open, people will remember come election time. Yeah, they'll remember...and then vote GOP again.

2. so which republican senator isn't a fucking piece of shit?
Dick Lugar is just as big an asshole as Coats, and more intolerable, because he pretends to a a wise, sober "statesman".

Compare Coats to degenerate apes like Oklahoma's two senators, Coburn and Inhofe for instance.

9. the more these m-effers whine and cry the more I want to see
state control of some very important pieces of the economy.
Especially in light of what could be called a strike by money ($2 - 3T sitting on the sidelines).
