That condition is:

Rick Perry must personally spearhead the invasion of Mexico.

He must be the lead warrior, and precede the rest of the invasion by at least five years. If he is such
a brave and effective warrior, I'm sure we'll be glad to march in after him and provide mop-up and logistics.
If, on the other hand, his invasion should meet with less than resounding success, I'm sure we'll find
some obscure part of some dried-out lake on which to erect an obelisk to his memory.......
