2. but what does that say about his plans to run or not? |
|
I am so confused! First, he says no, then he says no, THEN, at the Reagan Library, he didn't say no, and he was so presidential in not saying it! How can we be saved unless the bestest candidate maybe not running begins to run? Heckfire, he even has "christ" in his name! That's got to be worth another 20-30% of the electorate!

7. But would he do the running or have others run so he doesn't tire from exercise? |

4. I reiterate: Christie technically won't be running. |
|
His MO will be to sit on the sidelines, watch the primaries, wait for the Convention that will be deadlocked with no majorities after seveal votes to select a candidate. THEN a "Draft Christie" wave will permeate the Floor and THEN he thinks he'll get the nomination without the fuss of campaigning. And no, I don't think he'd refuse the nomination as his last chance to back out.

5. I was in a Denver hotel last week |
|
Three couples, teabagger-talking types, were sitting near me having breakfast, lamenting how Perry and Romney looked so poor in the "debate" the night before. (Did you know Perry was *gasp* a Democrat once?, was one remark)
Another couple joined them, and the husband piped up - "Well, I have it on reliable authority that Chris Chrisite will be announcing very soon" - A loud "Ooooooh" followed by verbal high-fiving enveloped their table - obviously this was the second coming of their messiah.
These doofuses are going to be sorely disappointed if he doesn't run.
