I was reading about Perry's tax plan. No wonder, He got a grade 'D' in economics at college. It kind of follows on from George Bush 'Mr. 'C'

Gramm became Perry's lifelong mentor, backer and friend back then. I am surprised that Perry was a D student in Gramm's class, usually a "Teacher's Pet" gets better grades.
