So sad that Hawaii and America lost him too soon in his life ...
I wish I had known about IZ 'before' he died.
It makes me VERY sad when I watch/listen to his music - which is often.

The music of IZ (the spirit of the songs) is what I ALWAYS imagine to be in the 'heart and soul' of Obama.

I might be wrong - but I don't think so.

9. I feel that you are right, and we obviously need to bolster that spirit.
There was a great lady here, Auntie Pilahi Paki, who said that in coming times (now) the world would look to Hawaii for the key, and the key would be aloha.

From Auntie-

The Aloha Spirit is the coordination of mind and heart within each person. It brings each person to the Self. Each person must think and emote good feelings to others. In the contemplation and presence of the life force, Aloha, the following unuhi laulâ loa (free translation) may be used:

Akahai, meaning kindness to be expressed with tenderness;
Lôkahi, meaning unity, to be expressed with harmony;
`Olu`olu, meaning agreeable, to be expressed with pleasantness;
Ha`aha`a, meaning humility, to be expressed with modesty;
Ahonui, meaning patience, to be expressed with perseverance.

These are traits of character that express the charm, warmth and sincerity of Hawaii’s people. It was the working philosophy of native Hawaiians and was presented as a gift to the people of Hawaii.

Aloha is more than a word of greeting or farewell or a salutation.
Aloha means mutual regard and affection and extends warmth in caring with no obligation in return.
Aloha is the essence of relationships in which each person is important to every other person for collective
existence".

Aloha e Tx4obama, keep the faith brother.

hui hou, off to bed! I feel you Tx4Obama, we'll get there.

Our most famous navigator, Nainoa Thomspon, spoke on the exact point you raise. Don't be spooked, even though it's 4 parts, check it out when you can. Hope you love it. Aloha.

Corporations can make as much profit as they want.
Norway has created many more new millionaires. In a true
socialist country, wealth gets evenly distributed.

17. It's about time ...
I could care less if he was born to a single mother or married parents; none of that has anything barring on what he made himself out to be today … he is the 44th President of The United States and nothing will ever change that. It’s been well over three years since his candidacy and many dinosaurs in this country are still having difficulty engaging with reality. It is well over-do to call these idiot what they really are and it’s time get on with the Business of Leading, with or without any Republican help or obstruction.

41. No matter the claims, Obama is still the Dem who put Social Security, Medicare on the table -- !!!
and who gave us the Cat Food Commission -- which paved the way for the

Super Congress BS --

This is also the man who made back room deals with Big Pharma and the private

H/C industry with the sole purpose of "preserving the private H/C industry" --

as "crowed" about by his #1 guy, Koch Bros./DLC Rahm Emmanuel!!

Among the many other pro-business deals that Rahm crowed about, telling business

how "grateful" they should be to Obama -- !!

Business may be grateful --

Question is, are the voters grateful or have they been betrayed -- !!

I am a Democrat who will NEVER vote for a republiCON. But come one, nice sweet cute posters about what we would like Obama to "BE" is not going to cut it. And as defendandprotect pointed out, the proof is in the pudding.

Seriously, is it a mental thingy ... "hoping" and wanting Obama to be want he said he would be when he has not been that and worse, has BETRAYED and INSULTED all of us, his voting base?

I'm surprised to find posts like this in the days of OWS.
