They Got One Thing Right!
Edited on Tue Nov-01-11 05:57 PM by Pistarkle
Tea Partied Republican Congressional members continue to BLOCK the President’s Jobs Bill that would create 1.9 million jobs along with the President’s legislative effort to save the jobs of 400,000 first responders, firefighters, teachers and law enforcement officials, BUT they want to waste OUR taxpayer dollars on a bill to “reaffirm” the motto “In God we trust”!

They got one thing right – we can trust in God, but we sure can’t trust in Tea Partied Republicans!

3. God: "I don't trust you"
They pray and pontificate...other than that they do nothing a just and caring God would want them to do.

4. Sorry, lots of us don't trust in a nonexistent fabrication.
Also, even if there were a god, why would anyone trust it after what it has supposedly done?

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?

5. They forgot to specify which God we are to trust.
Does this mean the Republicans are suddenly dumping the religious Bible thumpers and going global?
