If you want the health care bill to pass, you really need to act

the most liberal senators will likely be getting intense pressure to either not vote for cloture and/or oppose the bill on final passage.

if you think the bill is worth passing, the most liberal senators need to know that you, as a liberal like them, appreciate and support their position and that you do not agree with various organizations that are pushing them to oppose the health care bill.

remember that our Senators will often hear more opposition than support and for a difficult position, that potentially puts them at odds with their allies, they need to know that not all their allies are opposed to the bill.

2. I agree, but I live in a State with 2 AH Senators! (Chambliss & Isackson).

I've tried writing to Sens from other States but most do not take emails from anyone outside their State! I guess I understand because I can't vote there, but how can I still tell them I support an issue even though I happen to be in an idiot State? Why would they care?

The only pressure that matters right now is from the White House and they've convinced everyone to vote for the Senate bill. No amount of outside pressure is going to change that.
