Politico claimed the WH may not be able to get HC bill before his SOTU speech

because of "difficult issues" like abortion: http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1209/30925.html . Every single person who said they're unhappy with the abortion amendments said they want the language in the Hyde Amendment and the current language either goes beyond it or not as far as it. So, why don't they just copy the language in the Hyde Amendment verbatim? That seems so simple-I haven't heard one person on either side say they want something other than the Hyde Amendment. :shrug:

1. This was discussed on Morning Joe.. It was reported it could easily
be February before final bill is passed.

2. Yeah-the guy from Politico said it on Morning Joe.
But WHY? The Hyde Amendment would fix the problem.
