derby's 15 most annoying people of 2010 |
|
Edited on Sun Jan-02-11 09:53 PM by derby378
15. Stephen Hadley, CEO of UnitedHealthcare and one of the main reasons why real health care reform failed in 2010. 14. The guy at the theater who shouted "YEAH, GET SOME!" during the lesbian sex scene in The Black Swan. 13. Rep. Joe Barton (R-TX), who dared to apologize to BP for the government's investigation of the Deepwater Horizon spill. 12. Tony Heyward, CEO of BP, for somehow managing to be an even bigger jerk than Barton. 11. Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX), for introducing us to "terror babies." Yeah, he actually went there. 10. The White House insider (possibly Rahm Emanuel) who called health reform advocates "fucking retarded" for threatening primary runs against pro-compromise legislators. 9. The inventor of the Shake Weight. Don't pretend you don't know. 8. Rep. Michele Bachman (R-MN), who landed a spot on the House Intelligence Committee despite being, well, Michele. 7. Any TSA agent who performs those invasive searches at airports, especially on children. 6. Senator Jim DeMint (R-SC), eternal enemy of labor unions in America. 5. Governor Rick Perry (R-TX), who defeated his Democratic opponent despite refusing to debate him on the campaign trail. 4. Any Tea Party activist who thought it was cool to bring the N-word back by putting it on rally signs. 3. Sarah Palin, for far too many reasons to list here. A "reality TV" series? Come on. 2. Governor Jan Brewer (R-AZ), for rolling out the red carpet for outright racism in her state.
And finally...
1. Senator Joe Lieberman (I-CT), for proving over and over that anyone who chose him over Ned Lamont in 2006 made the mother of all mistakes.

Yes, we should give credit where credit is due, but a surprising number of Senate Republicans voted to end DADT as well.

19. Yeah, we wants to stop a rash of "Coporal Klingers" if we have a draft again... |
|

... to support his desired increase of war mongering...
DADT would be a major hurdle for the draft if it were still in place then.

Kobach is married to wife, Heather, and lives with his three daughters Lilly, Reagan and Molly.
I'm sorry but... Heather, Lilly, Reagan and Molly? What a cliched little family.
Reagan?

16. They're all terrible but |
|
Louie Gohmert stands out for being not only annoying, but seriously creepy and blatantly stupid as well. Oh, and Maine's new governor Paul LePage made such a fool of himself during the first debate that he opted out of the second one. Everybody knew why he was a no show but he won anyway. Excellent.

17. You needed to post your 16 most annoying people |
|
So you could have a place on the list for angry bitter impotent old misanthrope john mccain.
Stamping his tiny feet in anger as he is forced to live with the humiliation of losing the presidential election to a black guy and being upstaged by his running mate.

|
Joe Miller - This guy from Alaska who's like to bring about fascist private citizens arrests in Alaska Steven King - The congress critter from Iowa that constantly says things he shouldn't... Andrew Breitbart - does he need an explanation? Glen Beck - now this is a real notable missing item on this list!

If Barbara and Jenna Bush deserve our contempt, they should earn it on their own merits, not their dad's. But it's true that he doesn't help.
