Letter to Orange Man et al - if you attempt to repeal health care the Senate will block it.

Democrats are already taking aim at Republicans over President Obama's health care law, even before John Boehner settles into the House speaker's chair.

Senate Democrats, led by Majority Leader Harry Reid, said today they will block any attempt by the GOP to repeal the sweeping health care law, which is aimed at getting 32 milllion Americans insurance coverage.

Incoming House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, R-Va., says a House vote will take place next Wednesday, Jan. 12 -- a week after the 112th Congress gets sworn in to office. The legislation is supposed to be posted to the House Rules Committee tonight and the rules for debate will come up on the House floor this Friday.
