OK - So I'll Ask The 64 Thousand $ Question - What Will Bonercare Look Like?.......
The Repugs want to repeal HCR. They are calling it Obamacare and spinning it negatively (Luntz probably coined that term). So lets fight fire with fire by calling the Repug's version - whatever that will be - Bonercare (Boehnercare). Let's put an orange face on it.

Then ask Boner - who many jobs has he created lately. Huh?????

1. Bonercare is a 9mm in the temple
because you are better off dead than sick. On another note, the democrats need to hire a PR firm to create catchy positive names for their bills before the right wing crazy machine gets to create the name.

7. Right wing media machine, you mean
In general, the mass media create the names, not the right wing. The right can volunteer dozens of potential names, but it's the big media that pretty much decides which one becomes the common term. This will no more fly in the mainstream media than Dan Savage's redefinition of santorum (google it - google knows something the media don't).

18. Seems like Frank Luntz, word wizard of the RW, gets to dictate the terminology.

Thought that was funny :D

In reality pull yourself up by your bootstraps is the idea of zero sum gain, and that it is not possible to do that. You need help from somewhere else, so it is a faith comment. It also can be a reason to help other people.

9. Before The Senate Tosses The Repeal Bill The Dems Should Make Bonercare......
an issue and turn it around on the Repugs. Tell the American people what the Repugs will be taking away from us by the repeal.
For a change we have something that can hit back at them - we should use it.

10. Our Democratic heathcare didn't look anything like what most of us wanted ...
and it sure doesn't look any cheaper.

We had the most expensive heathcare in the world before heathcare reform and now under the Democratic plan it will be even more expensive with higher deductibles.

Excuse me for not supporting it.

When the Republicans get through modifying it, it will probably cost even more and will be so expensive that only people earning more than $250,000 a year will be able to afford it.

Sometimes instead of the Golden Touch our government seems to have the Feces Touch. Everything they screw with turns to shit.

by the GOP right now to educate Americans about how good it is. I concur.

21. It will look just like "Obamacare"
The repubics have no interest in changing it. They will make lots of noise to stir up the mouth breathers. They will be all over teevee saying how awful it is and how fiscally responsible they are. Democrats will cower and shake.

But they will not change anything that might upset the transfer of wealth from us to the for-profit insurance companies.

22. They'll keep the mandate and get rid of everything else
This is the question I have for the Right: exactly where in the Constitution does it say you can't be forced to buy something? Or did we get that shit from the Heritage Foundation?

Having said that, I predict the Republicans will figure out the Constitution doesn't say you can't be forced to buy something, keep the individual mandate that the insurance companies like, and get rid of all the things that will cost the insurers money.
