What is the plan for taking back the Congress in 2012?
I am sorry to see this happen. Stupidity knows no bounds. The un-elected George Bush was given 6 years with the congress in his party's hands and the duly elected Obama gets only 2. :wtf:

4. The only case where I can see the Democrats retake the Congress(at this time)

in 2 years is if there is a notable recovery in the economy and the Republicans follow through and nominate Sarah Palin.

On the other hand, the Republicans are still unpopular and it looks as they are going to do what they did to Bill Clinton. People may not be so kind if the Republicans get in the way of economic progress.

3. Well, hopefully the repukes will show their true colors and America will wake up.
However, that's not realistic. I think that with the better turnout in 2012 we'll win back the House.

7. GOTV
First things first, the Democrats have to get the vote.

The GOP should give good 'talking points' to the Democrats. The party has to take advantage of that.

And, the economy has to improve. That is very important.

We need better candidates - people who are actually interested in the public good/public interest.

And, a real legislative agenda which reflects the priorities - ideas that actually solve problems.
