Looks Like The US Navy May Get New Expensive Toys
unhappycamper note: Since the ‘Pentagon’ (DoD? Gannett?) has ‘requested’ that I only post one paragraph from articles on Army Times, and Airforce Times, To keep in that same (new) tradition, I will also do the same for for articles on Navy Times, Marine Corps Times, stripes.com and military.com.
To read the article in the military's own words, you will need to click the link.

Read all about Fair Use here. It sure is beginning to smell like fascism.

unhappycamper summary of this article: Just to give you an idea of how difficult it is to fight the propaganda my Senator, John Kerry is voting for these expensive toys because it preserves 500 jobs in western Mass. :wooptiefuckingdoo:

You're looking at $1.288 billion dollars of LCS ships

LCS plan attacked, but gains support

9. That one on the right is strange looking.
Sort of like a marine tank, with a chopper pad on the back. What is it supposed to do?
