Rep. Steve King: "Garbage-Can Babies Don't Receive Health Care"
Grab a bucket and hold it over your mouth, because what you're about to watch will probably make you vomit.

Rep. Steve King (R-IA) said yesterday that the requiring people to purchase health insurance coverage is unconstitutional because not everybody receives health care. When Rep. Polis (D-CO) challenged him on that, King's response was newborn babies who are dumped in trash cans and left there to die never receive health care.

And what's worse, the so-called "liberal media" isn't saying a word about this appalling comment which was captured on video.

Glad it's happening early...I want to see a massive train wreck out there for everybody to watch. "Look what you voted for, assholes!"

10. I wish.
We've been enduring this asshat for eight years. And he gets re-elected every term. :banghead:

At this point I wonder how far into crazy land he would have to go for him to lose support.

15. Republicans are better at tripping Democrats with all that rope
Than Democrats are at giving Republicans their final rewards. So the Repubs never "hang themselves" with the rope, just tangle up Democrats who can't seem to get out of those knots.

4. These people are totally incapable of governing. Hope to see them fail, but not if......
.....they take the country down with them.

5. Steve King
has got to be one of the dumbest assholes to ever serve in Congress. I don't know how anyone could work with or near him without punching him in the mouth every damned time he opens it.

8. Heh.
I went to a town hall meeting of his once. Dear God, it was frightening. :scared: The only thing worse than King are the people that repeatedly vote for and support him.

My Father had to be in the same room with him once. He managed to keep his cool only because one of his students was getting a military honor at the time and Dad didn't want to ruin it for the kid.

The man is...what's worse than worst?

6. Steve King has set the bar
If a baby dumped in a trash can (What, no reference to prom night?) doesn't get something, nobody gets it.

Babies in trash cans don't get social security.
Babies in trash cans don't drive on well-maintained roads.
Babies in trash cans don't go to modern schools.

Man, this is EASY! The Republican model of governance, reduced to a baby in a trash can. Forget about Grover Norquist and drowning government in a bathtub; just use Steve King's model!
