Jan Brewer is a despicable individual. I think she is guilty of negligent homicide.

Cooper Anderson just interviewed another man needing a heart transplant. I imagine some of you saw this. When are we as human beings going to demand justice for obvious crimes and killing done in front of our very noses? Ted "The Coward" Nugent was also on blaming people for their sickness using "blubbery kids" as the reason for all illness in this country. I guess cancer is caused by blubbery kids. Nugent just sent another ton or two of venison that he killed to the troops in Afghanistan. Why doesn't he go there himself and sacrifice his personal meat to protect or freedoms? Oh, I forgot. He cowered during the draft. This jerk is setting himself up to run for office. God or Mother Earth help us all.

"Negligent homicide" suggest the resulting deaths resulted from Brewer's inattention or her failure to be aware of something she should have been aware of. But in these cases, she was warned of what the likely result of her actions would be, yet she nevertheless elected to proceed. As far as I can tell, that would qualify for voluntary manslaughter.
