Will the Casey Anthony case trial turn into a train wreck . . .
Like a certain infamous case from 1994? The coverage is beginning to give me flashbacks.

3. It's certainly a money make for MSM. The other day all the major networks
were covering it non-stop when her brother was on the stand. IMO it's another media circus made for profit.

5. I'm wondering if the judge will declare a mistrial on Monday
The defense attorney has ignored, over and over, the judge's order for expert witnesses to put their opinions in their reports that have to be shared with the prosecution. Yet another defense expert today testified that Baez, the defense attorney, had not informed him of this requirement. Judge Perry already said there was a possibility that he would exclude evidence, but that could give cause for an appeal. Judge Perry has also made it clear, outside the hearing of the jury, that Baez is going to be reported to the Florida Bar after the trial is over.

If Perry is so angry at Baez that he can not longer be impartial, I believe Perry will remove himself from the case. I don't know if that will require a mistrial or if another judge can be brought in to cover the rest of the trial. There were reports today that while the judge and attorneys were meeting in chambers a lot of shouting could be heard outside the door.

The Casey Anthony trial was guaranteed to be a train wreck from early along. Casey, an attractive young woman, does not report her missing 'kidnapped' child for a month. She lied to the police from the first day they were called. She made up stories, invented people, and had some really hot pictures posted on the internet. What more could a publicity hound like Nancy Grace wish for?

6. What I want to know is, why did Lee Anthony break down on witness stand when
Edited on Tue Jun-28-11 03:58 PM by wordpix
he told the court about Casey's pregnancy----but at the time she was pregnant, he wasn't told about it? He said he was upset at being kept out of the loop, but he was over the top in his reaction on the witness stand. I can understand being upset at other family members keeping a secret, but crying like his heart was breaking, even at remembering this 4 yrs. later? :freak:

Is there incest going on there?

7. I don't know the reason for his tears, but I do know the jury
was laughing at his testimony after they were excused and before the jury room door closed. As reported by Orlando attorney Bill Schaeffer to WFTV Orlando.

9. My wife had a theory that Caylee was a contraction of Casey and Lee.

Who knows?

8. doesn't seem like it
The trial is almost over and the defense seems to be putting up a good cloud of dust but not exactly a coherent story.

The family are all such unbelievable liars I imagine about now the jury is sick of hearing about them and from them.
