So many RimJob bootlickers must be spewing hatred on that site right now that it's overloading the server, I couldn't get through.

2. Cannot get thru
I saw a few posts before it crashed out. One person is praying for her, another said it is probably NOT an "illegal immigrant" b/c she's a Dem.

I await the ID of the shooter or shooters with baited breath. If it IS a tea bagger, can anyone sue the folks calling for 2nd-amendment remedies?

11. No. It is not specific to just today....
... it's been having excessive down periods (some >6 hours) over the last two weeks, as well as extremely slow server response times.

Indeed, last night there was a major thread with RimJob being called out by one of the fecal throwing monkeys who just donated a lot of money and demanding, with about a half dozen challenging posts, just why the site could not perform - especially and ironically during the current FreepAthon.

RimJob offered feeble excuses and amazingly, the challenging monkey was not zotted.

Update...15 shot, some critical. Congresswoman Giffords hit in head. Gunman in custody. HENRY BOWMAN? WAS THAT YOU?

Never heard of Henry Bowman, but Wikipedia has:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2653508/posts

It's another Turner Diaries type of apocalyptic fantasy. Two-fisted patriot takes all he can from evil gun grabbers until he can't take no more, goes berserk (killing spree), and single-handedly sparks crisis and change in the US gov't, yadda, yadda...

13. I got through a few minutes ago.
Multiple threads over there about it. Some freepers are saying that it must have been a liberal who did it, most are saying that the MSM will blame the Tea Party Movement.

I just got in. The 1st half dozen posts or so are normal human beings. Only one suggested that Palin should be more careful about how she expresses herself and suggested that a "librel" did it to blame the teabaggers.

This is awful. I hope that she’s alright and that the reports that she was hit in the head are not true.

Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and six others died after a gunman opened fire at a public event on Saturday, the Pima County, Ariz., sheriff's office confirms. The 40-year-old Democrat was outside a Tucson grocery store when a gunman ran up and began firing indiscriminately. The suspect was taken into police custody.

The loons at dailykos are blaming this on Sarah Palin’s election graphic that had surveying targets on it (they claimed they were sniper scopes). Also, the tea partiers. Palin needs to get smarter about her public appearances as I believe we are at the point where some crazy lib will retaliate. This is totally f-ed up.

My guess is “false flag” incident. The Kenyan will probably put forth the notion that her seat should be filled by appointment. If Brewer takes the bait, it will be pretty much the end of the House of Representatives and we will officially be in the land of banana republic.

Of course, that’s a conspiracy theory, and we all know, no one in Obama’s administration would sacrifice a wobbly blue-dog for power. I mean, that’s kookery.

The only acceptable explanation is that this is a right-winger Tea Party Extremist.

If that’s the prevailing explanation, they will use it to crack down on gun rights.

Regardless of who did it, the government will use it to take power away from you and further tighten your shackles. You are their slave. They’re getting to the point where the trappings of freedom and democracy are becoming less and less useful.

This incident will be used against you, the American slave, regardles of who did it or why.
