If anyone wants to take it this far, there are a whole LOT of people, including Palin, who could be charged. Remember also, that it was a Federal Judge who actually was killed. Not a local crime, but a FEDERAL one.

Palin can be lambasted for being irresponsible with her rhetoric, and rightly so, but she can't be charged with a crime here. Let's not get carried away.

Seeing as one of the people shot is a federal judge and another a federal congressperson, it's a federal case. The pres. had nothing to do with it, this is SOP.
