Here we have a great example of the worst of Japanese culture- but more generally, what the climate of politics is like in Japan. I've posted one or two articles about how controlled the Japanese press is, and how its done with bribes and threats and this is a perfect example:

This fucking nutcase, Ryu Matsumoto, who I'd like to label at the outset as a Bag Of Shit, is so psyho he had to resign for unbalanced and threatening comments he made to the governor of Miyagi prefecture and to reporters who were videotaping the exchange.

All because the dude was a few minutes late to their meeting.

Like most all-around dickweeds, he wasn't going to take responsibility for his actions and...blamed it on his blood type. He claimed his type was B, but I'm pretty sure he's Asshole Positive.
