Why doesn't the Justice Department do something about all the right wing efforts to prevent

Did NOT clean house like Bush did and fire all the conservative crony psudo-Liberty U lawyers from the justice dept.

He is trying to run a DOJ where 99% of them are against everything he stands for and NOTHING will ever get done until he uses his presidential prerogative to fire all of those SOB'S!

If you don't know what I am talking about here is how it goes...when you become president you request everyone's (In the DOJ) to submit their resignations... some presidents let it ride (Bush Sr, Clinton,) and leave everybody in place, others clean house and put all their own people in...like Bush Jr. did...with hundreds of Liberty U and other Christian universities with faux law degrees.
