Elizabeth Smart becoming contributor to ABC News missing person stories

Now that Brian David Mitchell is rotting in prison, Elizabeth Smart is moving on to become a commentator at ABC News for missing person stories. However, Smart won't appear on the upcoming Jaycee Dugard interview special. But she will get soundbites on ABC stories about missing/kidnapped people.

7. not the same thing at all, after the kidnapping Elizabeth has worked

on issues related to what happened to her trying to help others. and her work for ABC is only going to be on this related issue. she has done things like go to congress to help pass laws, went overseas to help others.

Luke Russert on the other hand is where he is because of his dad only and he is allowed to spout off on whatever issue he wants.

3. I'm guessing Patty Hearst is royally pissed this stuff started after her kidnapping.

She would've been a great correspondent, too, once she had been de-programmed. Of course, the media back then was actually still slightly responsible.
