4. He is a liberal. And would give a great debate to the conservative guests he had on (he would often |
|
win but be polite about it). He went in depth on about 4 or 5 stories a night. I liked him because he is so well informed.

9. I also liked the show. |
|
I went on a hiatus from watching political tv for my mental health though and had not watched it in a good while.

12. It can get to you, can't it. I tend to do the same. There is so much BS going on |
|
and so much of it is WTF. We don't hear solutions, all we hear are a bunch of children squabbling. US, the children of the world.

17. I realize he was a democratic governor of New York, but never tuned into |
|
his show (with or without Katherine Parker). I always stuck with Keith or Lawrence and just never trusted CNN to actually put on something that was even semi-progressive.

6. I watched it occasionally, if an interesting guest was on. |
|
The ridiculous "adult cross-fire" show mentioned will NOT be watched by me. I thought I heard a CNN chief say that CNN was going to return to it's original mandate, as a serious news channel, not do "cross-fire" type shows. I like Spitzer, he's interesting, and hope he gets another show. Maybe on Current.

11. Maybe we could get him to run against Obama in the primary. |
|
What has he got to lose? The facts about his personal life are well known. There probably isn't a whole lot more to embarrass him.
And even if there is, at this point, I'm not looking for a candidate who is pure when it comes to sex.
I'm looking for a candidate who will put the interests of ordinary Americans first. That's the only test I will apply at this time.

i was surprised when ko mentioned spitzer's show recently. dare i hope? although if it's on at 9 i will have to choose between spitzer and maddow.
i think cnn expected a crossfire-like show with spitzer and parker but she did not last. anyone know why? i only watched a couple of shows as they were opposite ko, so i don't know what happened.

20. Parker was a lightweight, and stiff on camera |
|
She was scripted and stiff. Spitzer is about ten times smarter than Parker, and it showed.
