Do you WANT "Chained CPI" for the SS COLA formula? This is a CUT and a pretty damn drastic one. If you don't want it or something like it, better SPEAK UP. Or don't complain when you get screwed with it. "THEY" have to know that we're onto their "cut but don't call it a cut" games.
