Republicans aren't getting snookered by Obama. It's Obama that's getting his ass handed to him by the Republicans, business interests on Wall Street.

The talk show hosts know this, but they lie and say the opposite to their gullible followers. They want Obama to cave even more. They want to have their cake and eat it too.

Obama is negotiating from a position of 85% spending cuts and 15% tax increases. The Republicans, on the other hand, are demanding 100% spending cuts and no tax increases. If the Republicans were getting snookered, they would agree to 100% tax increases and no spending cuts.

Obama is the one getting snookered, not the Republicans.

It's not that hard to understand.
