I must say that half of the politicians rolled over and showed their bellies to Murdoch and have shied away from confronting him and Newscorp has been paying off the police and who knows how many of them are in Murdoch's pocket. I must say I am surprised that it is Hugh Grant who has stepped up and shown no fear. For those of us who saw "Lair of the White Worm" (check out some Ken Russell films if you haven't!!) we were introduced to a young, floppy-haired Hugh Grant who seemed pretty...prissy.

So, some kudos to Hugh Grant and an apology for thinking he was a poser.

12. I have mixed feelings about PV

I was thinking about this just now.

My problem is that I don't check it often enough, only when something catches my attention, as this one did, so I probably miss most of the good stuff.

If it was up to me (luckily, no chance of that!) I'd like to see interviews like the Hugh Grant one posted in GD so more people would see them.

(I wonder if PV was originally for "political videos" like political ads, that sort of thing?)

13. you can put them on GD but the downside with that is the forum moves too fast.

and people miss out.

i go to PV daily, in the evening. moves much slower so i dont miss anything. from what i have noticed of the forum, it has never really been about the ads.
