Embattled Murdoch chief warns of more revelations in hacking scandal

Rebekah Brooks, the embattled executive in a phone-hacking scandal at a British tabloid, told employees at the soon-to-be shuttered News of the World there are more revelations to come, Sky News reports.

Brooks, head of News International, the British arm of Murdoch's News Corp., told employees she has "visibility" on revelations to come and in a year they will understand why the company made the decision to close the paper, Sky News reports. She said the paper had become "toxic" to advertisers.

14. Now THAT would be Justice...
...at a total cost of $1 would be priced at what it's worth.

Now the DAMAGE it's done to the political system, nation and People? That's beyond measure.

27. I don't want that at all. Not at all.
War story that has relevance here: Many, many years ago, when Bill Clinton was still the president, the company I worked for locked out a piece of equipment for servicing. On Friday right after lunch, our operator turned off the power, applied the locking device and began to service the equipment. At close of business the machine was still unsafe to turn on, so he left the lock on over the weekend. Unfortunately, over the weekend he was killed by a drunk driver.

It took about a week, a couple thousand dollars and a visit from both OSHA and the North Carolina version of OSHA before we could remove the lockout. The law says, very clearly, that ONLY the person who applied the lock can take it off.

So...I'm thinking that if we were to use the next contestant on Monday Night Rehabilitation: Huntsville, the Sunday before he's scheduled to appear, to apply the lockout device to Fox News' main breaker, by the time OSHA got around to going over there and removing the lock...oh, about six months from now...all their advertisers would have dumped them.

10. I posted earlier that given the ease of hacking mobiles
It is very likely that the Murdoch group will have used the same tactic in the USA

the same could happen to Fixed News with a collective movement of outrage.
