Could Murdoch eventually be criminally charged? He has always surrounded himself with trusted subordinates and family members, so perhaps it is unlikely. Investigators are already assembling voluminous records that demonstrate the systemic lawbreaking at News of the World, and Scotland Yard seems to believe what was happening in the newsroom was endemic at the highest levels at the paper and evident within the corporate structure. Checks have been found showing tens of thousands of dollars of payments at a time.

That is where it has to go

Some wars are just, some are not. There are people being killed in Afghanistan that
are not in the fighting. They are just living in a country, trying to live, the same
as you and me. Do they deserve to die because that is where they were born??

The question remains: Is the war in Afghanistan a just war??
If not then the person at the top gets to answer for it.
