13. Live seismic activity with audible cues and video of this latest event (from sensors)
Edited on Sat Jul-09-11 08:30 PM by Poll_Blind
LIVE HERE
You don't have to watch it- just listen. The "burbles" are background noise. If you hear lots of beeps, like higher pitched beeps, switch back because the seismic activity is raising past baseline. And you can then visually see what's on the sensors.

From the same source, this appears to be a replay of the event as evidenced by sensors.

I apologize in advance if I am incorrect but I believe my representation to be accurate.

Here is what it looked and sounded like with a large tremor- note the very high-pitched, quick beeping. It's a real-time version of the YouTue video above which was sped-up and does not have audio.

19. Just got the notification on my iPhone app...looks like
it was about 22 miles deep. Not really that close to the surface, thank goodness, but they sure don't need any more quakes of any depth out there.

32. Here is reuters
(Reuters) - A strong earthquake jolted northeastern Japan on Sunday, and workers at the crippled Fukushima nuclear power plant were evacuated after an alert for a half-meter tsunami was issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency.

The quake monitoring agency said the earthquake had a magnitude of 7.1 and occurred at a depth of 10 kms (6 miles) off the northeastern coast of Japan.

There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage, public broadcaster NHK said. The same area was hit by a massive earthquake and tsunami on March 11 which cut power to the Fukushima power plant and triggered a radiation crisis.
