I am reminded that the International Court found Hate Radio in Rwanda GUILTY when their rhetoric encouraged violence. The voices on the radio in Rwanda didn't personally commit the acts, but they whipped up th public to it for them. THE COURTS FOUND THEM GUILTY. There is NO difference here, only in the sheer numbers killed. The means is the same. GUILTY. Sarah Palin and her tea bagged cretins

I want to know what would have happened if it had been Earth First! that made the map, and an Earth First! member that had shot an elected representative.

Likely every Earth First! member nationwide would be under arrest...

8. Do you remember a court case about an antiabortion website that put

crosshairs over the faces of doctors who performed abortions? The site's owners were on trial, I think, after one of the doctors was shot and killed while in his kitchen at home.

I don't remember how that case turned out, but at least that once, the idea was presented in court that such images might be considered incitements to murder.
