the GOP want huge cuts with no tax increases.. OK let them have it. heres my plan
a 3.5T cut over 10 years with no tax hikes just like they want.

cut the military budget in half. currently its 700B a year. cut it to 350B a year. we would still be spending more as a percentage of GDP than any other country.
350B a year for 10 years =3.5T

thats what the rethugs want,they can have it.
