Gods dammit. WHY do I read the comments section of the paper?

From a story about a Green Bay Summer Lunch Program for kids...

http://www.greenbaypressgazette.com/comments/article/20110711/GPG0101/107110504/Green-Bay-kids-eat-up-free-lunches-summer-food-program

Some of these are just.... How do people stand to live like this?

And the "NANNY STATE" continues...

PG -- "In the case where the parent is not there, or not able to provide adequate food, we want those kids to eat here and get what their bodies need for development,"

What is being described here is child neglect and child abuse. Dumping your kids into the parks is an outrage and unacceptable behavior for Americans.

It's up to the parents to raise their own kids not the taxpaying public. Lonnie Rand needs to be arrested, he has to be stopped. Rand is what is wrong with society.

These park programs, although well intentioned, are enablers and contribute to the delinquency of kids. Why don’t you just give them heroin? It’s almost as addictive as the gratis government stuff but just as honest about the outcome. You’re hooked. These “free” programs should be terminated at once.

:banghead:

Cradle to grave care of the lazies and breaking the backs of the taxpayer is the liberal plan.

3. Like the comments sections of news sites.
Its funny how they yell and scream for the socialists to go get jobs... when they are the ones flooding the news message boards between 9 and 5.
