...they'd be dealing with President McCain and VP Palin. Although most would never admit it, all but the utter nut cases-- Bachmann et al-- must go to bed at night glad they have Obama to oppose instead of McCain and Palin to make excuses for.
This should not be read as any sort of approval of Obama, however. I now consider him the worst democratic president in my memory. I mentioned in another thread today that given a chance between an Eisenhower republican and Obama, for the first time in my life I've realized that I would happily prefer an Eisenhower republican to the current democratic president.
