I was literally laughed off the board when I mentioned that the spherical rotary valve |

mechanism might be ready to fly. The amount of shares I own in Coates, Blutip, Blacklightpower, and others equals exactly zero. Remember the people who ridiculed the idea of rotary valves, they were quite cocksure. The resultant reduction in partulate emissions because the valve train doesn't run in oil.... a simple idea, one the world needs seems to be on the horizon. this may or may not pan out but I keep my fingers crossed that what I am reading is for real, it looks like it is, be your own judge.

Progress continues to be made with the undertaking to merge with the Chinese engine and generator manufacturer (SWT). The Company has put in place its proper representation in China with a prominent local law firm and independent accountants to assist the Company in carrying out the due diligence procedures and other merger transaction related activities.
Selection of Coates as the Project Manager/Supplier for construction of the turn-key power plant project for the Dubai World Business Group has been approved. A deposit of $40,000,000 USD is to be made by the project sponsors before Coates begins the project.
This deposit represents 10% of the total cost of the project. Management has been invited to a planning meeting in the Middle East, after which the definitive project documents will be prepared and executed.
Almont Energy of Alberta, Canada has made an additional payment to the company bringing total payments received by Coates to $5,150,000 USD to date, leaving a balance of $4,850,000 USD. The Company expects to ship more industrial electric power natural gas CSRV Gen Sets within the next two weeks to Alberta, Canada

2. You were laughed off the board because like almost all the other "inventions" you promote... |
|
this one is a scam. The most efficient vehicle it has powered to date is the one Coates uses to extract money from stupid investors. http://www.thetruthaboutcars.com/2007/12/coates-spherical-rotary-valve-system-let-the-rivet-counting-begin/

6. I know nothing about your claim. I am just saying these "amazing" stories.... |

are posted here monthly.
What is the last "earth shattering" invention you remember being released?
Name a few please!

18. Genetically Mutant Organisms (GMOs) are pretty damn "earth shattering" |
|
Edited on Tue Jul-12-11 05:35 AM by SpiralHawk
Since GMOs came on the scene 20 years ago -- then promptly went occult by getting government cronies to OUTLAW LABELS letting people know what they are putting in their bodies -- the whole frikkin planet seems shaken, sick, and progressively more shattered.

11. I can see some potential. If they release a Gen 1 SBC retofit for around $1,000 I'll try it. |
|
The biggest source of hidden power is the cylinder head and this design really has the potential for changing the whole game. The hot rod market LOVES better flowing heads.

13. What about the Wave Disk Generator? |
|
I'm no expert but this thingy seems to have the backing of Michigan State University and the US Department of Energy. Yeah that other company seems sort of fly by night seekers of investment money, or am I wrong? I don't know anything. "Wave Disk Generator could greatly improve the efficiency of gas-electric hybrid automobiles and potentially decrease auto emissions up to 90 percent when compared with conventional combustion engines" http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/42460541/ns/technology_and_science-innovation/t/new-engine-sends-shock-waves-through-auto-industry/

19. There are quite a few alternative engines out there, some don't have valves at all.. |
|
Edited on Tue Jul-12-11 05:37 AM by Fumesucker
For instance the Opposed Piston Opposed Cylinder engine.. http://www.ecomotors.com/And the Single Crankshaft Opposed piston engine. http://www.pattakon.com/pattakonPatOP.htmAnd then there's the Crower Six Stroke engine. The Six Stroke is both a four stroke IC engine and a steam engine that uses the waste heat of the four stroke all combined into one package. http://thekneeslider.com/archives/2006/02/24/crower-six-stroke-engine/

20. This is the first I've heard of this. |

I can see where it would save power by not working so hard to overcome valve spring pressure.

21. "IF" they have it worked out and by all indications they do, it could revolutionize the |
|
ICE. A typical 4 valve per cyllinder has hundreds of parts. The spherical rotary valve head has less than an hundred I am just about sure and perhaps only a couple of dozen. It can burn flare gas that is being burnt off into the atmosphere by the millions of cubic feet as we speak. I hope this goes forward, it would be a major benefit to all. Not having oil in the valve train means far less carbon emissions, far less emissions overall and that can't be bad no matter how much some people might want to make it.
