Will the US DOJ investigate Newscorp? |
|
I know CREW requested Congress investigate, but the repugs running the House, nothing's going to happen. Can/will the DOJ investigate?

5. You need a specific victim/crime here. |
|
I don't think a long arm prosecution is viable. But someone's gotta come forward and describe how they were victimized.

11. His citizenship wouldn't matter |

You have crimes committed in the uk. You need a crime committed here, or some element of a larger crime. Something to get jurisdiction.

but if/when some of the UK implosion drops some big unavoidable (in terms of not able to ignore) stink bombs pointed as US operations then the game may change.
Wouldn't have said that a scant week ago.
