Police Log: Mother reports son was raped
A hospital official called to report a 12-year-old boy was in the emergency room at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital, 1420 N. Tracy Blvd., at 10:40 a.m. for treatment. He said the boy was in there for a rape incident that occurred a month ago. The boy was brought in by his mother and her boyfriend. Police checked and reclassified the incident as suspicious and under investigation.

Tracy police received 137 calls for service Monday, July 11. The following is a sample of those calls.

3:03 a.m.: A caller reported a grass fire that ignited a warehouse at Orchard Supply Warehouse, 2650 N. MacArthur Drive. Fire officials found the shrubbery along the fence line was on fire.

10:53 a.m.: A woman called to report graffiti on her fence in purple paint on the 1900 block of Paradise Valley Court.

11:08 a.m.: A caller reported an older woman in a scooter that had lost battery power on the 400 block of East 10th Stree
