Seems more logical that we can't access that page for the reason that it says - not authorized. Which means whatever is on the page is probably only for those people that sign up. So sign up and see if you can access the page or not and stop claiming that it's not accessable because he's scrubbing it without any facts.

It isn't necessary to make totally unsubstantiated claims about why we can't access that page of his site in order to see that he's a barking gun nutty loon.

He has locked those pages for reasons only known to him. To me it appears it is an attempt to hide from owning his incendiary rhetoric. Mr "tough guy" isn't "taking credit for it" anymore, unlike how he bragged about it at the time...
