If Obama accepts MM's proposal, can it also be used to increase revenues? |

Can he take MM's deal- and then when he does submit his request for approval to congress, can he have suggested revenue generators in there that he can choose to implement? If all the congress has to do is approve or disprove- (keep in mind that if congress disproves, Obama can veto it) can he raise the debt ceiling and taxes on the rich?

3. Depends on how it's worded. |
|
If it says "debt ceiling" then it means "debt ceiling" and not "taxes."
Some people really want a king, so long as he's from their party.
