Okay, I've taken my meds: David GERGEN is a right-wing hack! |
|
Listening to him on Anderson Cooper's repeat, saying how unreasonable it is to expect the Republicans to accede to $1 trillion in raised revenues.
Can someone tell me where this fool was when MORE than a trillion was wasted on needless wars? Then again, he's made a career of working both sides of the fence, and speaking from both sides of his mouth.
PS: If Gergen has died within the past hour, please forgive me.

1. Gergen is a perfect example of a "Villager." |
|
He lives and works in the cocktail-and-country club circuit of politicians and their pets at news outlets, and has zero clue as to what goes on outisde Washington DC.

2. He is also well off, and directly affected by potential tax hikes |
|
No one ever points this out on these shows because they are all in the same boat.

4. Funny, I was just thinking this same thing |
|
Years ago, he seemed to be more neutral / slightly right. Lately, the few times I've seen him on TV, he's been leaning harder and harder to the right. The same thing seems to be happening in his articles on CNN.com. I wonder why? Is he just showing his true colors? Because I certainly don't see how he can be upset with Obama regarding the debt negotiations, since Obama has seemingly put everything on the table.
