It's sad that people are still talking about C.Anthony jurors, when on Frontline last night,
there was a story about four men whose lives were destroyed for crimes they had NOTHING to do with, after being found guilty by a jury in Virginia. Yet, without Frontline exposing this story, we would have heard NOTHING about this outrageous abuse of prosecutorial power from Nancy Grace or any other media celebutantes.

2. There is just such a bloodlust to find people guilty based on
factors that may or may not have to do with the crime.

The standard is guilty beyond reasonable doubt. And sometimes the outcome is unfair, but that has to be the standard. Otherwise you have cold-blooded murder by the state or cold-blooded deprivation of a normal life by the state.

And this is why I seriously question Obama's and Bush's extralegal attacks on terrorists. I can understand why they do it, but the chances are that in some case or cases, they are just murdering innocent people -- and who has the right to do that?

4. That thought actually did go through my mind, in thinking about the abuses in the documentary here.

3. Frontline is a high quality show for sure. People should click away from msnBS for an hour and check
it out.
