Speaking of age discrimination - this is funny.

There is a super right winger that I know (he comes in to eat where I do in the morning). He actually, truely believes that Obama is the anti christ.

So he turns around a couple of mornings ago and asked me if I still liked Obama. And I said "yes" because I really think he is trying his damnest to do a decent job against impossible odds. So he was ready to go off on one of his spiels about how this is the worst the economy has ever been and yada, yada.

So I just said, "I am one of those people who would just like to have insurance. I don't have insurance." And he just shut up. He did not have an answer to that one.

That has happened to me before, too. No answer for that. Just leaves them flat footed.

it's gonna be illegal to not have insurance in this country.

I'd rather have health care myself, and skip the insurance, which is mostly a big rip-off anyway.
