Could we PLEASE stop disrespecting the First Lady?
The names are spelled differently: Rep. Batshit's name is M-I-C-H-E-L-E. One L.

The beautiful, intelligent wife of our President is Michelle, with the normal, sane spelling. But far too often---including here on DU---I see "Michelle" Bachmann.

Let me state my opinion clearly: The Great Bat of Minnesota isn't fit to hem the dress of the First Lady, thus, even though I remain far short of the magic 1,000+, I urge all DUers to clean up their language.

Yours in Spell Checking, :patriot:
Rick

3. There was a cartoon in "Twilight Zone" magazine back in the 1980s
It shows a man standing outside a store window reading a newspaper headline: Cereal Killer Stalks City

Inside the store, theres a guy angrily shredding a box of Rice Krispies with a butcher knife.

... for a "Twilight Zone Magazine" reference. You and I may be the only ones here to remember that magazine.

Welcome to DU.
