Do teabaggers in Congress and state government believe they have a mandate?
The teabagging Republicans in Congress, state legislatures and governors mansions are going for everything they can get as soon as possible. Do they really believe they have a mandate from the 2010 elections, or are they trying to get as much done as possible before they possibly get tossed out in 2012 and 2014?

4. That's not the only hostile takeover they have managed. Many states are suffering takeovers also.
