Conservative activist Kenneth Gladney’s bogus assault claims did not dupe Saint Louis County jurors.

After fifty minutes of deliberation, jurors found the two Service Employees International Union members accused of assaulting Gladney outside a town hall event in 2009 “Not Guilty.”

A brief scuffle reminiscent of a pre-teen bus stop clash, the alleged assault was caught on tape, and Tea Party members were quick to scoop up the story as “liberal thug vs. innocent conservative” propaganda. ...........(more)
