Faux used correct adjective "DemocratIC" instead of noun "DemoCRAT" !1
Edited on Sun Jan-09-11 08:36 AM by UTUSN
As in, "DemocratIC congresswoman" instead of "DemoCRAT congresswoman"...

They broke the Frank LUNTZ dictum ONCE, happened around 7:35 A.M., ET. It was one Wendell GOLER, who appears to have *some* background in actual journalism and perhaps a bit of leftover professionalism gnawing at him. It was on the Faux & Friends circus with their weekdays big guns doing weekend duty to show how seriously they are taking the Arizona shooting. Yes, the Weatherman/host DOOCY and Gretchen-somebody and Sportsdude/co-host (who tried for a big contract increase and failed), the three of whom are among the most wingnut among the whole Faux crew, let Wendell's correct usage of the word go by without comment and certainly without *their* using it.

1. Even the most willfully ignorant FAUX viewer recognizes
the use of 'democrat' as an adjective is a perjorative. If FAUX talking heads belabor that term while discussing this tragic shooting, it will come across as incredibly insensitive to the point of pathology. Some of their deranged viewers will go for the baby oil & kleenex regardless of the context in which they hear 'democrat' used as an adjective, but many others will recoil in disgust at this perjorative used casually at this particular time.
