30. Why not?

Do you think it was his donations to Gore, Obama, or the AZ Democratic Party that will buy his way out?

2. Hopefully it was from his company's own drugs.
A rich corporate CEO will never be convicted of murder, so the best outcome would be for his criminal drug company to go out of business.

3. He obviously murdered her. After all, he's a CEO. And CEOs murder people, like, every minute.
No need for a trial, arraignment, arrest, investigation.

In fact, fuck it, just arrest the nearest CEO is this guy isn't readily available, and give them the chair.

so this guy had to have done it. He's a CEO, after all.

20. Okay, how about "Democratic Party Donor" instead of "CEO"?

Yeah, Kyl is in there, but he lives in AZ and gave 10K to the AZ Democratic Party.

His largest donations were to Democratic PACs.

Of presidential candidates, he only donated to Gore and Obama.

Does that fit in better with your pre-conceived notions?

I have no idea whether this guy killed anyone.

You, on the other hand, can tell immediately because he falls into some category.

I'm still thinking about how we can ban the letters CEO from appearing alongside each other without substantial penalties.

then her clothes were pulled off by the edge of the table, she then became entangled in ropes the CEO was using to tie up care packages for needy children.

Jonah Shacknai was not at the residence the evening prior to the discovery of the body nor at the time she was discovered, Curran said. 28. True Dat

This was a vacation home. He lives in AZ. Do you think the villagers might want to know if he was even there?

Or should we burn him at the stake right now?

Neither does the fact that the owner of the house is a wealthy CEO of a pharma company.

But if we are going to consider him a murderer due to facts other than any which may indicate he committed one, then we may as well throw in every irrelevant fact we can get our hands on, no?

Hey, maybe he was having Dominique Strauss-Kahn at the house for a sleepover party, since people think his position and politics have any bearing on whatever happened in that incident.

34. Another report with a twist
http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lanow/2011/07/womans-death-at-spreckels-mansion-may-hanged.html

Sheriff''s Capt. Tim Curran said that Shacknai's brother, Adam, made an emergency call Wednesday morning saying he had found Nalepa hanging by her neck from a balcony. When police arrived, her nude body was found in the courtyard, her hands and feet bound.

Curran said that Adam Shacknai told police that he had cut down Nalepa's body in apparent hopes she was still alive.

The only people at the 27-room mansion at the time were Nalepa and Adam Shacknai, Curran said.

Jonah Shacknai and his ex-wife were reportedly at a local hospital at the bedside of their 6-year-old son, who was seriously injured Monday in a fall at the mansion.

Police have found no link between the child's injury and the death of Nalepa, Curran said.

45. The CEO wasn't at the home at the time
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/43758964/ns/us_news-crime_and_courts/

"Nalepa and Adam Shacknai were the only two people staying at the home the night of July 12. Nalepa was staying in the main house. Adam Shacknai was staying in the guesthouse. Jonah Shacknai was not at the residence the evening prior to the discovery of the body nor at the time she was discovered, Curran said. He refused to reveal where Jonah Shacknai was at the time Nalepa was found."

Another article said he was at the hospital with his ex-wife by his son's bedside. He was also not home when the boy fell down the stairs on Monday.

47. Well the deceased was home when the boy fell
I wonder if she was that upset over it that she committed suicide. One article said he's in a medically induced coma right now, she may have been very distraught.

Very sad all around.

60. Depends on how she was bound.
Get a rope to hang from. Tie your feet together. Put rope around your neck, use handcuffs on your hands, push off. It could happen. But we don't know how she was bound. Or it could have been an intruder.

It's all speculation, I prefer to wait for facts.

62. They haven't released that information
"Jonah Shacknai was not at the residence the evening prior to the discovery of the body nor at the time she was discovered, Curran said."

She couldn't have been hanging too long if she was still somewhat alive when she was discovered and cut down.
